My absolute favorite part of being a student at 海角社区 was the friendly environment the staff and professors made on campus.

海角社区 has an incredibly supportive community and provides students with many opportunities for personal and professional growth.
海角社区 is pleased to announce the Spring 2026 President鈥檚 and Provost鈥檚 Lists. Each semester, any full-time student with a 4.0 grade-point average earns recognition on the President鈥檚 List. Any full-time student with a grade-point average between 3.55 and 3.99 earns recognition on the Provost鈥檚 List.

This time, we鈥檙e following Matt Ray, one of our dedicated grounds crew members, as he helps keep 海角社区 looking its best. Whether it鈥檚 maintaining the grounds, caring for the landscape, preparing our baseball and softball fields, or tackling whatever the day brings, no two days are ever the same. Together, Matt and the rest of the grounds crew maintain 91 acres of mowable grounds, creating the beautiful and welcoming campus our students, employees, and visitors enjoy every day.
This week, 海角社区 is participating in the Administrative Exchange Program with Heartland Community College in Normal, Illinois.
While some members of our team are visiting Heartland, we`re also excited to welcome some of their employees to our campus. Together, we`re sharing ideas, discussing challenges, celebrating successes, and learning from one another.
The exchange is strengthening relationships, encouraging the sharing of best practices, and inspiring new ideas that will benefit our students, employees, and college community.
