Three six-year terms on the 海角社区 Board of Trustees will be filled at the April 6, 2027 Consolidated Election. Candidates for Community College District Trustee are elected on a nonpartisan basis.
Nominating petition packets will be available beginning August 25, 2026, the first day petitions may be circulated for nonpartisan community college trustee candidates.
Petition packets may be obtained from the Assistant Director of Legislative Affairs, in the President’s Office on the College’s Carterville campus during regular business hours.

Notice is hereby given that Aaron R. Smith, Chairman of the 海角社区 Board of Trustees, has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees, Community College District No. 530, to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. for the approval of the B Wing Cooling Tower Replacement Project. The meeting will be held in the Administration Board Room.
Aaron R. Smith, Chair of the 海角社区 Board of Trustees, has announced that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, Community College District No. #530, Counties of Williamson, Jackson, Franklin, Perry, and Randolph, State of Illinois, will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Administrative Board Room in the Administrative Building on the College鈥檚 Carterville Campus.

The meetings are held in the Administration Building on the 海角社区 Campus
